About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses impactweave.com, makes a donation, books an Occasion Seva, or registers as a volunteer or vendor. By using the website you agree to them.

Who we are

Impact Weave is a community-led non-profit initiative founded in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, working in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Our registration as a non-profit is in progress. Until it is complete, donations are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G.

Donations

Donations are voluntary. When you choose a program, we use your gift for that program. If a program is fully funded or cannot go ahead, we use the gift where the need is greatest in a related program.

Amounts shown on the website, such as “₹600 helps serve 5 hot meals”, are indicative and based on current costs. Actual costs may vary with prices, location and season.

Every donation receives a reference number. A donation is confirmed only after our team verifies the payment against our bank records.

Payments

Payments are made through UPI or bank transfer directly to Impact Weave's collection account. We never ask for your card number, UPI PIN or banking password. Please check the payee name shown in your UPI app before paying.

You are responsible for entering the correct amount and transaction reference. If a payment cannot be matched, our team will contact you.

Occasion Seva

Occasion Seva bookings are confirmed after payment is verified and our team calls you to confirm the date, place and dedication. We will make every effort to hold the seva on your chosen date. If that is not possible because of weather, local restrictions or other reasons beyond our control, we will offer the nearest suitable date.

Volunteers and vendors

Registering as a volunteer or vendor does not guarantee selection or work. Volunteers serve without payment and must follow the instructions of our coordinators, especially when working with children and vulnerable people. Vendor terms, rates and payments are agreed separately for each order.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Please tell us at once if you think your account has been used by someone else. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
