Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about donating, occasion seva and volunteering.
How do I donate to Impact Weave?
Go to the Donate page, choose a cause and amount, enter your details and pay by UPI using the QR code. Then enter your UPI transaction ID so we can confirm your donation.
Is it safe to pay by UPI?
Yes. Payment goes directly from your UPI app; we never see your bank details. Until our payment gateway is live, the payee name shown in your UPI app will be our temporary collection account holder, ABBILI DEVENDRA.
Can I choose where my money goes?
Yes. Pick any of our 12 programs, an occasion seva, or choose 'where the need is greatest'.
How does Occasion Seva work?
Choose the occasion (birthday, wedding, anniversary, memorial and more), the seva and the date. After payment, our team calls you to confirm details, conducts the seva on that date, and sends you photos.
Can I do annadanam in memory of a loved one?
Yes. Many families sponsor annadanam on a punyatithi, masikam or death anniversary. Choose 'In memory / Punyatithi' on the Occasion Seva page.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Not yet. Impact Weave's registration is in progress, so donations are not currently eligible for 80G tax exemption. We will update this page when that changes.
How can I volunteer?
Fill in the volunteer registration form. Our coordinator will call you to find a role that fits your time and skills, in your own district.
We are a catering / grocery / tent business. Can we work with you?
Yes. Register on the Vendors & Suppliers page and our team will contact you before the next camp in your area.
Do I need an account to donate?
No. You can donate as a guest. An account lets you see all your donations, their status and your registrations in one place.
